Yes, foreign nationals can purchase property in Turkey

It is highly recommended that you engage the services of a lawyer to purchase your property in Turkey. They can act on your behalf if you are not present and also ensure all documents and searches are carried out correctly.

You will require your passport, 4 Passport Size colour photographs, foreign ID number and Tax number, evidence of Turkish Bank Account

No – it is possible to purchase your property on a holiday visa.
